On June 5th, the educational delegation from Hwa Chong Institution, Singapore, led by Principal Li Baibin, visited Hefei An Sheng School. During the observation session of characteristic teaching scenarios, the delegation gained an in-depth experience of An Sheng’s achievements in innovative educational practices: In the safety classroom, practical drills using multiple virtual reality technologies combined with intelligent early warning systems helped make safety education truly resonate and take root in the minds of students; In the artificial intelligence laboratory, robots independently programmed by students performed Chinese dances, perfectly integrating artificial intelligence with artistic creativity; The molecular biology laboratory, equipped with advanced scientific research equipment, showcased the fruitful results of the school’s literacy-oriented education through the project-based learning carried out by students there; The engineering design laboratory displayed students’ innovative achievements such as 3D-printed works and new energy vehicles, reflecting the remarkable effectiveness in cultivating engineering thinking; The smart sports hall, through a digital system that monitors sports data in real-time, provided a scientific basis for personalized physical education teaching.

At the forum, Yu Haiyan, the principal of Hefei An Sheng School, systematically elaborated on the school’s educational philosophy and educational practices.
