ARAILL

The Association for Research on AI in Learning and Leadership (ARAILL) is a Singapore-registered non-profit professional organisation. We are committed to advancing the practical adoption of artificial intelligence across education, learning innovation and organisational leadership.

ARAILL connects educators, researchers, educational institutions, policymakers and technology innovators to foster cross-sector collaboration, and accelerate AI-driven transformation for future-ready education systems in Singapore and beyond.

Our Foundation

ARAILL was founded to address the rising demand for a trusted collaborative platform that bridges educational practice, academic research and emerging AI technologies amid rapid institutional transformation.


Initiated by education leaders, AI practitioners and industry specialists, the Association aims to strengthen innovation readiness and implementation capacity across the education sector.

Our Mission

Our mission is to integrate research, technology and educational leadership to support meaningful AI innovation in teaching and learning, learner assessment, educator capacity building and organisational decision-making.

As a Singapore-based professional body dedicated to AI-enabled education innovation, ARAILL serves as a strategic platform connecting educators, researchers, academic institutions and tech innovators across regional and international ecosystems.

Leveraging our interdisciplinary leadership network and collaborative programmes, we drive practical AI adoption in teaching, learning, assessment, talent development and organisational leadership. We also foster dialogue, pilot rollouts and knowledge sharing across the education industry.
